Extra lessons can be organised in central Brighton throughout the holiday period.

I work as a private dyslexia tutor in Brighton and during term-time I work with a fixed number of local students on a 1:1 basis.

Offering lessons in the holiday time enables me to see students who may need a spelling boost or top up sessions when school is closed. For more details about my 1:1 lessons, visit my profile page on this website.

Yes, the sun's out, school's finished for the term and lessons can now start at home! (what mean parents!)

This could be ideal for your child if term-time is busy and you don't want to have regular lessons in the evening. One or two sessions a week in July and August/over Christmas/Easter or during a Half Term break could make all the difference when your child returns to school.

This could be for children who may be getting confused with their letters and sounds or who need an extra spelling or reading boost.

I can also help Year 6 children prepare for the English part of the SATs test which takes place in May.

All children move at different paces and so it is impossible to guarantee how much will be covered. I shall move at a pace suitable for your child, in a friendly, non-stressful manner that your child will enjoy.

Lessons take place at your home.

A quiet place is needed for working.

Sessions will be positive and practical.
